A manufacturing site in the middle of a successful turnaround is looking for a Quality Manager to help drive the next phase of improvement. You'll bring the structure, discipline and quality mindset needed to improve process control, increase yield and embed higher standards across the operation.
If you're from FMCG, food, packaging or retail manufacturing, you'll get it. You'll be working with a team of seasoned leaders who know that success comes from a strong BRC mentality and the operational discipline that sits behind it.
The Role
- Lead quality across two sites (Leeds & Seaham), with 85% of your time spent in Seaham.
- Drive improvements in process control, quality performance and yield.
- Lead customer and third-party audits.
- Resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop a quality team of four.
What We're Looking For
- Someone who enjoys improving, building and challenging rather than maintaining.
- Quality management experience within manufacturing.
- Experience leading audits, not just participating in them.
- Exposure to BRC standards or similar highly controlled environments.
- FMCG, food, packaging, recycling or related production experience.
