Job Description
- Develop and lead the organisation's digital marketing strategy, ensuring the business maintains a strong and credible presence across all digital channels.
- Design and deliver inbound marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support business growth objectives.
- Oversee website performance, SEO, email marketing, social media activity and paid digital campaigns, continually optimising results through data and insight.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to create engaging content that builds authority and strengthens brand positioning.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and marketing campaigns that enhance visibility, attract talent and elevate market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximise the effectiveness of marketing technology, CRM systems, analytics and communications platforms.
Person Specification
- Significant experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and delivering successful growth-focused marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO, digital campaigns and lead generation.
- Experience managing and evolving an organisation's digital presence within a professional services, consulting, technology or other knowledge-led environment.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to use data and insight to influence decision-making and demonstrate marketing ROI.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior leaders across a business.
- CIM qualification (or equivalent marketing qualification) would be advantageous, although relevant experience and demonstrable success are equally important.
On Offer
A salary in the region of £70,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience), although the business is focused on finding the right individual, so we would still encourage applications from candidates outside of this range if the opportunity is of interest.
